I stopped by the Drop Dead Clothing offices while I had an off day in Sheffield, England. I was so excited to do this, mostly because this is Oli’s passion he has been working on for the past 7 years? Maybe longer. I just wanted to see what his operation is like, cause I know how proud he is of it. While I was there I did a quick shoot with Hannah. Hannah is Oli’s fiancé. I met her a year or two ago while Bring Me The Horizon was on Warped Tour. She is a talented artist and makes me look like a great photographer, so we did a quick shoot. All in all, I think it took us 20 minutes or so. We used the window light pictured below and I shot everything on my Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art Lens, which is my new baby. I switched to my Canon 35mm for a moment and then immediately regretted the decision.
I guess you could consider this a personal project. I really like photographing people, but as you know, usually I photograph men. So I want to photograph more women, I am just picky. Hopefully, I’ll have the chance to shoot with Hannah in something more set up again in the future. I have a few different versions of images here, cause I am just trying to learn and try different things out. This is all new to me, which I like.
